WhatsApp Messaging Consent

Our commitment: RoyalEnvite Pro intends to use WhatsApp only for relevant event and service messages sent with valid permission. Consent to receive WhatsApp messages is not a condition for purchasing a service where another practical contact channel is available.

1. How recipients opt in

A recipient may opt in by knowingly providing their WhatsApp number and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages from RoyalEnvite Pro for a stated event or service. Consent may be collected through a form, an event organiser's documented guest process, a direct written request or another clear affirmative action.

A valid opt-in should explain:

• That messages will come from RoyalEnvite Pro, a brand of WITGAR ENTERPRISES LIMITED.
• The type of messages expected, such as an invitation, RSVP prompt, event update, reminder or guest-access information.
• That message frequency depends on the event and that recipients can opt out at any time.
• That standard data charges may apply according to the recipient's mobile provider.

2. What we may send

Messages may include a personalised invitation, confirmation request, event update, time or venue reminder, guest-support response, QR access information or an essential change concerning the event. Consent for one event does not automatically permit unrelated promotions or messages for another event.

3. How to opt out

A recipient may reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or clearly ask us not to send further WhatsApp messages. We will record the request and stop non-essential messages to that number as soon as reasonably practicable. A recipient may also email castorwitgar@gmail.com.

4. Help and preference changes

Reply HELP or email us if you have questions about a message, want to correct your number or wish to change your communication preference.

5. Consent records

We may keep a record of when and how consent was obtained, the scope of that consent and any opt-out request. This helps us respect recipient choices and demonstrate responsible messaging practices.

6. Event organisers

Organisers who provide guest numbers must ensure guests were clearly informed and agreed to the proposed WhatsApp messages. A guest list alone is not treated as automatic consent. We may ask organisers for evidence of the opt-in process before messaging is enabled.

7. Privacy and platform terms

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and Meta may process message and account data under their own terms and privacy policies.
