Service agreement

Terms of Service

Important: Service-specific pricing, payment terms, timelines and deliverables will be confirmed separately in writing before paid work begins.

1. Who provides the service

RoyalEnvite Pro is the public brand through which WITGAR ENTERPRISES LIMITED offers digital invitation, guest communication and smart QR guest-access services. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean WITGAR ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

2. Using our services

You must provide accurate event information and use the services only for lawful events and communications. You must not use the service to deceive guests, impersonate another person, distribute harmful content or send unsolicited messages.

3. Guest data and consent

When you provide guest information, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have an appropriate basis for the requested processing. If messaging through WhatsApp or another channel is requested, you are responsible for ensuring valid recipient consent unless we explicitly agree in writing to manage that consent process.

4. Designs and event content

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, venues and other event details before approval. You confirm that content supplied to us may lawfully be used. Ownership and permitted reuse of custom design work will be set out in the applicable written quotation or service agreement.

5. QR guest access

QR references assist with invitation verification but do not replace venue security, identity checks, crowd management or the organiser's own admission decisions. Event organisers remain responsible for safe venue operations and final guest admission.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may make reasonable technical or security changes where necessary and will communicate material service changes when practicable.

7. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees, deposits, cancellation rights and refund eligibility will be stated in the written quotation or service agreement accepted for each event. Where that agreement conflicts with these general terms, the event-specific written agreement controls for that matter.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, venue decisions, inaccurate information supplied by clients, third-party network failures or misuse of guest access details. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension or termination

We may pause or end access where use is unlawful, harmful, insecure, unpaid or materially inconsistent with these terms. You may stop using the service subject to the cancellation terms agreed for your event.
