This policy explains how WITGAR ENTERPRISES LIMITED, operating the RoyalEnvite Pro brand, may collect, use, protect and retain personal information when providing digital invitation and guest-access services.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the service requested, information may include an organiser's name and contact details, event details, guest names, guest contact details, invitation status, consent records, message preferences and access-verification information. We do not ask clients to provide information that is unnecessary for the event service.
3. How information is used
- To prepare and deliver personalised digital invitations.
- To provide event information, updates and support requested by organisers or guests.
- To create and verify unique QR guest-access references.
- To record messaging consent, opt-outs and service communications.
- To protect the service, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Organiser responsibilities
Event organisers must have an appropriate basis for sharing guest information with us and must provide accurate information. Organisers should tell guests that RoyalEnvite Pro may process their information for the event and must not use our service to contact people without valid permission.
5. WhatsApp and service providers
Where WhatsApp messaging is enabled, messages may be processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and relevant technical service providers. Their own privacy terms may also apply. We intend to send messages only to recipients whose consent has been obtained and recorded.
6. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver the service, with authorised event personnel where required for guest verification, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant event, service administration, security and legal obligations. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
